How do I book a property?
Browse our listings, select your dates and number of guests, and click “Book Now.” You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including check-in instructions and property access information.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by property. Most listings offer free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. You can find the specific policy on each property’s listing page before completing your reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Use the filters on the search page to show only pet-friendly listings. Pet fees and breed restrictions may apply depending on the property.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just reach out to our team in advance.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong during my stay?
Our guest support team is available around the clock. You’ll find emergency contact details in your booking confirmation and inside the property’s welcome guide. We aim to respond within 30 minutes.
How does your property management service work?
We handle everything from listing optimization and dynamic pricing to guest communication, cleaning, and maintenance. You stay informed through monthly performance reports while we take care of the day-to-day.
What fees does MyStay Rentals charge property owners?
Our management fee is a percentage of each booking and covers all operational services. There are no hidden costs or upfront charges. We’ll walk you through the full breakdown during your free property evaluation.
